Clearer Water’s team are our greatest asset, they are brand ambassadors and champions of Clearer Waters mixed ability team principles.

Clearer Water’s successful team is comprised of young people who would have found it difficult to find and sustain similar jobs, if not for the employment opportunities at Clearer Water.

At Clearer Water, we are proud to collaborate with our valued partners, Access Employment Limited and Autism NI, to create a truly inclusive workplace.

A minimum 60% of the team is comprised of individuals with mixed abilities, reflecting our commitment to championing all abilities and company values.

Guided by our Head of People & Culture, Josh Ozcan, we aim to inspire other businesses to embrace the benefits of a mixed-ability team.

New Plant Opening Soon

Clearer Water has planning permission approved to build a new plant next to our current site on the banks of Larne Lough. Scheduled to open during 2026 the plant will increase capacity and also offer additional jobs. Sustainability will be at the heart of the new plant with 75-90% of the energy to be supplied by solar power and working towards becoming 100% carbon natural.

Our Co-Chairs are committed to development in a sustainable and responsible brand. Ross and Sitki are passionate about being socially responsible employers and champions of a mixed ability team, providing training and career development for additional needs and socially disadvantaged young people.
